Do you offer matte finish stickers?
No, we currently only offer gloss-finish stickers for a high-impact, shiny look.

What sizes are available for your custom stickers?
We offer our custom die-cut stickers in sizes ranging from 2.5” (width) by 4.5” (length), and our sticker sheets are available in a 4”x6” format. To maintain the clarity and legibility of the designs from a distance, and to ensure affordability especially for charitable events, these are the only sizes we provide.
What information do you need to create a custom sticker design?
To perfectly align the custom sticker with your vision, please provide details about your event, the culture of your intended audience, the associated community, and your brand's identity. Include any specific themes, text, or images you wish to incorporate. This will help us precisely tailor the design to meet your needs and resonate effectively with your audience.
Can I see a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, after the initial consultation, we provide a digital proof of your custom sticker design. Physical samples can also be arranged upon request to ensure your complete satisfaction before we begin full production, although please note that this may extend the lead time.
How long does it take to produce custom stickers once the design is approved?
Production times can vary, but typically, custom stickers are ready to ship within 5-10 business days after design approval. If you have a specific deadline, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Can you match the colors of my event theme or company logo exactly?

What if I need to make changes to my custom design after the order is placed?
Changes to your custom design are accepted within 24 hours of order placement for an additional fee. After production has started, we cannot accept changes. Should you require modifications beyond this point, a new order must be placed as refunds for the original order are not issued.
Do you provide eco-friendly options for event stickers?
Absolutely! For all bulk orders, we provide an eco-friendly option where you can choose to opt out of our standard packaging, which includes a 4"x6" clear bag, insert, and 4”x4” header. Opting out doesn’t reduce the total cost, but to reward your sustainable choice, we will donate 5% of the sales from these orders to environmental causes. Please specify your packaging preference when placing your order to assist in waste reduction and contribute to environmental sustainability.
